A. Multiple units can be purchased and combined, to create a larger living space. Configuration is limited only by your imagination.

A. Planning permission, short answer is you need to check with the competent authority, yes Town Planning

Technically one unit can be considered a movable chattel, and as such planning permission _should_ not be needed.

Multiple combined units most likley will need planning permission.

A. Certainly the only restrictive covenants that should concern you are the ones that appear on your title deed.

However we have seen for example:

must be built primarily of masonry. To satisfy that we advise the use of concrete board walls.

must be designed by an architect licensed to practice in Barbados. For $2000 we can get your chosen configuration, designed by a local practitioner.

With regards your restrictive covenant, our normal build does not contain any wood.

That being said one would be hard pressed to find any house in Barbados with NO wood. Consider roof structure, cabinetry, stairs.

A. Single units are built on our property, transported to buyer’s property.

Two to three units, probably will be built on our property, transported to buyer’s property, and combined there by our team.

Four to six units, probably will be all constructed on buyers property. After design, construction plan will be decided on.

A. Foundation needs to be prepared before delivery or construction. We will be happy to advise on foundation.

A. Two story is very doable.

A. Basic unit with 1 door is $15,990. Most likley sole use would be storage.

Add partitions, full glass sliding doors, windows, partitions, upgraded electric to

GEED inspection level for new service, a single unit can go up to $36K.

Five units would actually be 968 sqft. Base price would be $85K. Your choice of doors, windows, cabinetry sanitary ware is so varied that it would be very difficult to estimate beyond basic.

Q. I know it’s tiny homes, but can two be purchased to create a larger living space? eg three bedrooms.

A. Basic unit with 1 door is approx $18,000.00. Most likely sole use would be storage.
