Chubbies Tiny Houses (CTH) offers 2 levels of housing. 

Container pod type units.
Light steel villas.

Container Pod type units are built on your site and foundation. These units are constructed with powder coated galvanized steel beams and columns, EPS wallboard, steel purlins, imported from China. These materials are trucked to your location and constructed on your chosen foundation.

In order to offer a variety of doors, windows and fixed glass panels, including glass sliding doors. We stock a variety of doors and windows, see our price guide. We can also have doors and windows custom-built to your design.

Our standard unit is 6m x 3m that's approximately 20ft x 10ft. These can be combined to make much larger living spaces. A double combo gives you a 400 sq ft studio apartment. A triple combo placed in a U formation can give you 600 sq ft with an outside patio.

Light Steel Villas are suitable for larger more traditional housing, including multi story residential and commercial buildings. These are built on your foundations to your approved plan, using specially treated galvanized steel frames, insulated and clad inside and out in your preferred materials.

CTH puts you in direct contact with our Chinese supplier. 

You may already have an approved plan, or our Chinese supplier will provide a plan and elevation to your specific requirements. Once you ok the plan China will quote you on an EXW price for your building materials, including exterior and interior walls, floors & roof. 

Your foundation is prepared locally, your materials are shipped directly to you in Barbados or whichever Caribbean island you are building in. Your local contractor will then construct all your prefabricated materials on your prepared foundation.
